Stephanie Bissell is the director of Music at MiSST. Upon graduating from the Royal College of Music she joined Teach First and was placed at the founding MiSST school, Highbury Grove, before joining MiSST. Stephanie's role involved developing the Andrew Lloyd Webber Programme, ensuring a comprehensive musical learning experience encompassing singing, solo and ensemble performance, and improvisation. She also focused on composition that explores music from a range of genres, traditions and by artists that reflect the diverse community of students in the MiSST family. Stephanie's highlights from the role includes leading termly orchestra days which convene 120 students from MiSST schools nationwide at each event.
