Sharon Jagdev Powell has 29 years of experience in music education as a Head of Music, music project manager, and Music Hub Leader. She currently works a as the Director of Brent Music Academy and with Black Lives in Music as the Music Education and Programme Manger. Sharon has also recently completed her training to become an executive coach and she is on the Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Music Hub Partnership Board and is a governor for a FE College in Nottingham. Sharon champions equity, inclusion, and youth empowerment through transformative curriculum and strategic organisational development.
