Paul is the subject advisor for Pearson's drama and performing arts qualifications, including GCSE, A level and BTEC. He has been a teacher of drama and performing arts, and worked professionally as a playwright, performer and designer. He believes that all young people aged 11 to 18 should have access to creative subjects and qualifications.
