Nina Radojewski is chair of UK Music’s Education and Skills Committee and is a key part in developing a new apprenticeship standard for labels and publishers as well as showing new professional talent routes into the industry via the Music Academic Partnership Programme. She is also head of membership at AIM, the Association of Independent Music, the organisation exclusively representing the UK’s independent music sector.
