Judith Webster is currently Chief Executive of the Association of British Orchestras. Her professional life began as a music therapist, followed by extensive experience delivering learning and engagement programmes for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and London Sinfonietta amongst others. She directed a post-graduate diploma in Creative Leadership for the Royal College of Music and was the Chief Executive of national music education charity, Music for Youth for 10 years.
