Geoff Smith is an experienced educator with 32 years in teaching, specialising in process drama. He has led impactful workshops on behaviour management, team motivation, and implementing change across educational and community settings. In 2019, Geoff was honoured with the TUC award for his socially conscious film Slipping Up.
