As associate director of The Big House, Bel develops and delivers creative projects with and for The Big House members (marginalised young people aged 16 to 30). She has directed theatre and film, led workshops for adolescents in virtual schools and most recently edited The Big House Anthology: Diverse Plays for Diverse Casts.
