Andy Sankey is a musician, composer and academic who has been active in the industry for over 30 years. He is based in Southend, England. He has been the chief examiner for Music Performance and Production at the University of the Arts London (UAL) since 2012. His music has been well-received by audiences and industry professionals alike, with his unique blend of classical, contemporary and traditional instrumentation earning praise for its exceptional dynamics and refreshing sound. Andy is a co-founder and director of the Agency for Creative Production (ACP), a community arts company that promotes and makes creative arts accessible to all. He works with colleges and schools to support community arts projects; he provides FE students work experience opportunities to develop their skills and improve their understanding of the creative arts sector and its career opportunities.
