Andy has worked for Cockburn Multi-Academy Trust since 2005 and has been heavily involved in the development of an arts-rich curriculum across three secondary schools. Trained as a drama teacher, his current focus is the development of a MAT-wide curriculum plan for all vocational subjects to ensure outstanding outcomes.
