This workshop will cover using a mask to explore identity and emotional wellbeing, working to explore techniques and exercises that can be used to open up honest discussion around emotional wellbeing and supportive behaviours in an inclusive student environment.
By the end of this session, delegates will:
Suitable for Key Stages 2 to 5.
- Have knowledge of Trestle mask technique
- Be confident in using masks as a tool for exploring identity and emotional wellbeing
- Be able to use drama to consider non-verbal communication and explore how we perceive people
- Start to consider where they could use the exercises and techniques taught in their own context.
