Notation, aural learning or both?

15:45 - 16:30

A thoughtful session asking whether your classroom music curriculum really considers the needs of your students.

This session will get delegates to:

  • Rethink their approach to teaching practical music to groups or classes
  • Be prepared to try a different method combining written and aural methods
  • Want to put themselves in the shoes of children who are naturally gifted or who experienced obstacles in their music education
  • Realise/confirm that the children and adult music students are usually not embarking upon the same career path as themselves

Suitable for all Key Stages.
