What precautions is Music & Drama Education Expo taking regarding the Coronavirus?

Music & Drama Education Expo | London will run as scheduled.

We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation carefully and regularly.

Our current status with regards to the COVID-19 virus remains the same: the health, safety and wellbeing of exhibitors, visitors and staff remains unchanged and is always our number one priority. We recommend that our exhibitors and visitors refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the World Health Organisation and the UK public health authorities.

We are following local and national public health before and during the event as well as working with our event delivery partners to provide:
 

Public health messaging displayed and shared pre and during event
Strengthened hygiene, sanitization, availability of disinfectants in number of location at the show
Hand sanitiser for speakers to use before and after microphone use
Cleaning of microphones with disinfectant wipes between sessions
Cleaning all other handheld AV equipment before and after use

Visitors and exhibitors are also advised are also advised to carry a personal supply of hand sanitiser, tissues and wipes in and outside the event.

Travel advice and entry guidelines varies from country to country. Our event attendees are encouraged to check the latest travel advice and entry guidelines for the UK before making arrangements.

We are monitoring the situation very closely and will follow up with participants as the situation develops.  Please also check the event website for regular updates.  If you have any specific event questions, please contact your customer service team.

Should there be any changes to the current recommendations from the WHO or Public Health England, we will review and share their instructions.

When and where is the Expo?

Music & Drama Education Expo | London, takes place on Wednesday 4 & Thursday 5 March at London Olympia.

How much does it cost to attend?

It is free to enter the show, although pre-registration is required.

Do I have to come to both days?

No, you can attend both or one of the days. It's completely up to you.

Do I need to register for individual sessions?

No, places at sessions are allocated on a first come first serve basis at the time of the session.

I've lost my ticket - what should I do?

I've been receiving emails from external companies. Are they legitimate?

Here at MA Exhibitions (organisers of the Music & Drama Education Expo), we have recently become aware of a series of fraudulent emails to speakers and exhibitors from companies claiming to be officially partnered with the show, offering marketing services, access to the show's data and/or hotel reservation services. We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them. Your security is important to us, so if you're unsure whether or not an email you have received is fraudulent, please get in touch and we'd be happy to verify it for you. We would also like to reassure you that we do not release, sell or share any data related to the Music & Drama Education Expo with any outside parties.
