Positive Stories for Negative Times: Season 4
Positive Stories for Negative Times (PSFNT) is an international participatory theatre project for young people aged 6–25. As part of the scheme, students are given a newly commissioned play, a process, training and performance opportunities for free. Now in its fourth season, the project has engaged over 9000 people from over 650 groups and 17 countries, and commissioned 16 new plays for young people from the UK’s best theatre makers. Previous writers include Tim Crouch, Bryony Kimmings, Stef Smith, Sabrina Mafhouz, The PappyShow, Douglas Maxell and Chris Thorpe. In this session, Robbie and Jack will explain the background of the project, share testimonies from past participants including schools and youth theatres, and explain how to get involved with Season 4.
