If you want to deliver equitable benefits to children through music, throughout their lives, then you start with listening to teachers and responding to the needs of the music education workforce. Among other things, this session will highlight how through consulting with a diverse network of young advocates, Music Masters has focused training on building the individual’s capacity to make change happen.
