What do ambition and quality look like when viewed through the lens of social justice and genuine equity? Our panel will explore whether the sector is truly ambitious about equity—or merely inclusive on the surface. The discussion will propose 3 core strategies for removing systemic barriers, avoiding tokenistic practices, and lead to meaningful change.
